1. General Terms
If a buyer believes that the item received is significantly different from its description, they have the right to request a return.
All returns must be approved by us in advance.
Unauthorized returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted and may result in denial of a refund.
Our team handles every step of the order preparation, packaging, and shipping process with great care, ensuring each product is thoroughly inspected and securely packed before shipment.
We take pride in the quality and accuracy of every order, so such cases are extremely rare.
2. Return Eligibility
A return may be approved if:
the item is significantly different from its description (for example, a blonde doll was ordered, but a brunette doll was received, or the item is completely different from what was ordered);
the item was damaged during shipping.
A return cannot be accepted if:
the item did not fit in size, color, or style;
the buyer changed their mind after purchase;
the item was opened, used, or altered after delivery.
3. Condition of Returned Items
Returned items must be in their original condition:
unopened, unused, and undamaged;
in original packaging with all included accessories;
free of any signs of use, odors, stains, scratches, or other defects.
Items that were opened, used, or damaged are not eligible for return, as they can no longer be resold in new condition.
4. Return Process & Timeframe
Buyers must report any issue within 48 hours of receiving their order.
Returns are accepted within 14 calendar days (2 weeks) from the date of purchase.
Once the item is received and confirmed to be in its original condition,
the buyer will receive a full refund for the item price, excluding any applicable shipping costs.
Refunds are processed within 14 calendar days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
